My name is Monica Ray.
There was a time when I stood in two ICUs at once. My mom was dying. My only daughter was fighting to live. My mother passed. My daughter survived—forever changed by medical complications. I was drowning in grief, bills, job stress, loneliness, anger, and so much bitterness.
I know what it feels like to be crushed and still have to keep going. Thank God, a village found me. God sent People. Not just surviving—but remarkably thriving.
